MastroSDR

An AI sales rep for small B2B teams, with a person on the send button.

It finds businesses that fit, drafts a personal first email and the follow-ups, and holds the first email to every company until a person approves it. Replies and bounces are tracked for you.

  • Describe who you sell to in plain English; it only uses addresses a business publishes itself, never guessed ones
  • Nothing sends without approval, and new mailboxes warm up slowly with a daily cap
  • One-click unsubscribe and a do-not-contact list checked before every send
  • An MCP server and API, so an assistant like Claude can draft and review with you; sending is off by default
Who uses it
Open for sign-up. We use it for our own outreach.

BugShot

A bug report button that sends the evidence, not just the complaint.

One script tag adds a report button to any website. The visitor marks up a screenshot, and you get it with the console errors, failed requests and clicks that led up to it.

  • Screenshot, draw on it, send: no account needed for the visitor
  • The last console errors, failed requests and clicks attached, with query strings stripped
  • Coding agents read and close reports over MCP, so a bug can go from report to fix in one session
  • Duplicate detection, flood protection, and forwarding to Slack or a webhook
Who uses it
In early use on our own sites.

Job Site Daily Report

Daily site reports a supervisor can finish from the truck.

The record of what happened on a job is usually a pile of texts and a camera roll. This turns the day into one report with crew, photos and change orders, and a PDF the owner can read.

  • Crew, materials, progress, change orders, safety notes and tomorrow’s plan in one report
  • Photos stamped with GPS location and time
  • Dictate notes instead of typing them
  • A PDF built on the phone, and a share link for each report or project
Who uses it

Built for a real team first

These started inside Mastro Management, a New York company whose team sells to property managers by phone, email and LinkedIn. They are built for that team and tested on its real work.

Internal

MastroCC

The workspace a cold-calling team runs its day in.

Built for callers who sell to property managers. Every call is recorded and transcribed, sorted by outcome, and fed back into a lead queue that tells each caller who to call next.

  • Calls recorded in the browser and transcribed, with the caller and the prospect on separate tracks
  • Each call sorted into one of 11 outcomes, with tags and a short summary
  • A lead queue scored by urgency and shared out with a cap per caller
  • Daily Slack briefing and period reports for the team
  • New leads sourced from public New York City building registration data
Who uses it
In use by Mastro Management’s callers since September 2026.

Mastro Meet

Video meetings that end with a recap and a to-do list.

Meetings in the browser with live captions. When the call ends, everyone gets a written recap with the action items, who owns each one and when it is due, so the follow-up actually happens.

  • Video and screen share in the browser, nothing to install
  • Live captions while people talk
  • AI recap: action items with owner and due date, plus the quotes worth remembering and why
  • A visual meeting story: the meeting replayed as a short animated page
  • Follow-through you can see: points, weekly streaks and on-time badges for closing action items, and a Monday summary email
Who uses it
Being rolled out to Mastro Management staff. Sign-in is limited to company Microsoft accounts.

Mastro world

A live 3D map of the team, its work and its territory.

One place to see the whole operation: a walkable virtual office with a desk for each person, live activity from MastroCC, and the lead region drawn from Census boundaries.

  • Five views from one data file: map, office, city, onboarding and explainer
  • A walkable office with a desk per person and a team scoreboard
  • A city view of 57 ZIP areas built from Census 2020 boundaries
  • Live activity pulled from MastroCC, with admins and members seeing different detail

03

Our own tools

Infrastructure we run every day to build everything else.

Internal

TF-Brain

One shared memory for every AI agent we run.

Our Claude Code sessions on a Mac, a Windows desktop and a Linux server all save plans, decisions and finished work to the same store, and search it before they start. A new session starts with what the last one learned.

  • Connects to agents over MCP, including Claude
  • Search by exact words and by meaning, ranked together
  • Every save is versioned; a newer save replaces an older one without erasing it
  • Refuses anything that looks like a secret, and backs itself up nightly
Who uses it
Our own infrastructure, used in every build session on every machine we work from.

Tapedeck

A desktop recorder that turns a meeting into a transcript on your own machine.

Records what you hear and what you say on a Windows PC, then trims and exports it. The newer build transcribes offline and labels who said what, so recordings never have to leave the computer.

  • Records system audio and microphone together
  • Trim, waveform playback and MP3 export, tested on recordings close to an hour long
  • Offline transcription with speaker labels
Who uses it
Used on our own meetings. Not released yet.

Coughupthedoc

Month-end paperwork for bookkeeping firms, collected without the chasing.

Clients send bank statements through a no-login link or by forwarding an email. Each document is read, filed against that client’s monthly checklist, and reminders go out only for what is still missing.

  • A no-login upload link, or forward the email
  • AI reads each document and files it against the month’s checklist
  • Reminders chase only the missing items, and stop when they arrive
