Every project started with a specific problem: a site nobody could edit, a delivery platform taking a cut of every order, a business losing leads it never knew it had. Here is what the problem was and what we did about it.

Built for ourselves rather than for a client. Where something is internal or unfinished it says so, rather than being implied to be a shipped product.
Person Trail
Crew management and job scheduling for trade contractors.
Contractors were running crews out of group texts, where nobody could say where a job stood without asking around. It assigns the crew, schedules the work, takes photo updates from site, and produces a PDF report when the job is done.

Job Site Daily Report
Daily site reports a supervisor can finish from the truck.
On large jobs the record of what happened on site is a pile of texts and a camera roll, which is worth nothing six months later when a change order is disputed. It builds a timestamped report with crew, photos carrying GPS, change orders and safety notes, then exports a PDF the owner can read.

MastroSDR
An outbound sales agent for businesses that sell to other businesses.
Small teams selling to local businesses have no time to prospect and no budget for a salesperson to do it. It finds prospects from business directories, writes the first email and the follow ups, and books the meeting when somebody asks for a call.

Cheetah Ping
Competitor page monitoring that alerts a channel your team already reads.
Direct to consumer brands usually find out about a competitor price change days later, from an ad. It checks the pages you pick on a schedule and pings Discord, Slack or email the moment one changes, with a summary of what moved.

A store where price, stock and delivery are settled before the click, and the shipping threshold is visible rather than buried in a policy page.
Client work, 2020 to 2022
Built on WordPress and page builders, which is what the job looked like then. It is not what we build now. 3 of these 8 sites are still online; the rest have come down because businesses close, domains lapse and clients rebuild elsewhere. The write ups are kept because the problems and the decisions still stand up, even where the visual design has dated.
