The brief
DavosPharma’s website hadn’t been updated in a long time and didn’t look good on mobile. They wanted a redesign, plus consultation on hosting providers and DNS configuration.
We knew it had to be designed mobile-first and stay responsive enough to still look right on a desktop. The constraint was downtime: davos.com is a working business site, so we built the replacement on a staging subdomain first and cut over once it was proven.
What we did
We started by working out how their setup actually worked, where the domain was registered and who was hosting it, using tools like BuiltWith. You can’t plan a migration until you know what you’re migrating from.
From there: a responsive redesign, new cloud servers, and handing them back real control over their own digital assets.
The result
A modern, high-end look on a site that had been stuck for years, now readable on a phone. The communication was good throughout, and they’re happy with where it landed. We’ll take that as a success.
