The brief

A new informational website covering their hard money lending services. Modern design, but the important word was trustworthy. People don’t apply for a loan through a site that looks improvised.

They needed somewhere to direct people for detail, a way to capture leads, and a path to actually apply.

What we did

Designed and built the site around that sequence: explain the service, answer the obvious questions, then make applying the easy next step. Email capture throughout, and analytics on every visitor so the marketing had something to work from.

The result

Positive feedback from the client and from their customers, who found it straightforward to use. Tracking and analytics across all visitors gave them a base for future marketing, alongside a growing list of captured emails.
