The process
Most agencies start with a call, a proposal and a deposit, and you see a design weeks later. We turn that around: the finished site comes first, and the decision comes after you have clicked through it.
1. You send your address
The site you have now, or nothing if there is none yet. We read every page and note everything on it: services, phone numbers, forms, the questions customers ask.
2. We rebuild it
Hand-built around your real facts, never a template with your logo dropped in. Checked on a phone at every size, measured for speed, and put at a private address.
3. You click through it
On your own phone, in your own time. Tell us what is wrong and we fix it.
4. We launch it, if you want it
Your domain switched over with your email untouched, your forms connected to your inbox, every old address redirected. It runs on your own free Cloudflare account.
Pricing
Both are in writing with your preview, before you decide anything. Anything bigger, like an online store or a custom tool, is quoted up front as one scoped project.

What you get
Not "it also works on phones". The phone layout is the real design and the desktop one follows from it, because that is where most of your visitors already are.
Pages are assembled when the site is built, not in your visitor’s browser. There is no page-builder engine to download, which is where most of the weight on a slow site actually comes from.
No plugin to update, no page-builder to fall out of date, and no admin login to leave unpatched. Content changes are a message to us, and they ship the same day rather than waiting on a release.
If you already have a site, the replacement is built at a separate address and proven before anything changes in public. Existing URLs are mapped and redirected so search rankings carry across.
The honest version
If your site is slow because it is hosted badly, changing host is cheaper than rebuilding. If it is slow because of three specific plugins, removing three plugins is cheaper than rebuilding. We say this on calls regularly and it costs us work.
Rebuilding is right when the platform itself is the problem: when the page builder is the weight, when you cannot edit the site without breaking it, or when the design has aged past the point where tweaking helps.
