Four things, every time.
Built mobile first
Not "it also works on phones". The phone layout is the real design and the desktop one follows from it, because that is where most of your visitors already are.
Fast by construction
Pages are assembled when the site is built, not in your visitor’s browser. There is no page-builder engine to download, which is where most of the weight on a slow site actually comes from.
Nothing to break
No plugin to update, no page-builder to fall out of date, and no admin login to leave unpatched. Content changes are a message to us, and they ship the same day rather than waiting on a release.
Staged, then cut over
If you already have a site, the replacement is built at a separate address and proven before anything changes in public. Existing URLs are mapped and redirected so search rankings carry across.
The honest version
Rebuilding is not always the answer.
If your site is slow because it is hosted badly, changing host is cheaper than rebuilding. If it is slow because of three specific plugins, removing three plugins is cheaper than rebuilding. We say this on calls regularly and it costs us work.
Rebuilding is right when the platform itself is the problem: when the page builder is the weight, when you cannot edit the site without breaking it, or when the design has aged past the point where tweaking helps.
